Team Coaching

We believe that if there is one area to invest in, in terms of impact on performance and the bottom line, it’s team coaching. We work with teams in a structured series of sessions, where we allow plenty of space for the team’s issues, often unspoken, to emerge and be voiced.

Individual Coaching

Our work is psycho-dynamically informed.  We notice what’s going on beneath the surface.

We all fall into ways of working and communicating which are comfortable and familiar but which can also be limiting.

When working with individuals, we help them reflect on their role in the organisation, encouraging them to understand their communication preferences and to extend their range of behaviours in order to achieve positive impact.

One to One Co-Coaching

Our innovative Co-coaching practice gives Senior Leaders an opportunity to explore their issues using the complementary perspectives of two coaches.

Presentation Coaching

We work with individuals and groups to focus on presentation structure and content to build a compelling narrative. We help presenters to develop their personal style and confidence in front of an audience.
