We believe that learning happens through lived experience, theoretical input and guided reflection.

Finding training which fits an organisation’s particular needs and circumstances can be tricky.

We offer a menu of ready-made modules which can be tailored to the client’s reality and culture, or custom designed training to meet specific needs. Both options leave people feeling not only upskilled, but with a renewed sense of wellbeing and connection.

Facilitation

Facilitation can be a very powerful tool which provides people with the opportunities, resources, encouragement and support to really succeed in achieving objectives.

At times it can be difficult to see through and around a situation or problem and we need some distance in order to move forward. Facilitation can be a way of empowering people with the ability to take that step back.

We facilitate small and large events for teams, groups and organisations.  These may include strategy days, away days, teambuilding, cross-organisational change management conversations, critical milestone reviews, celebrations, creative thinking workshops and working with difficult dynamics.

Problem: Support Senior Managers to lead their teams at the height of the pandemic and the transition to online working

Programme: 90-minute training modules, digitally delivered, focusing on Prioritisation and Complexity, Creating Reflective Space, and Managing Boundaries in the digital work environment.
