Client: Family business in transition, £16m turnover

Problem: The workforce is loyal but not professionalised.  Systems and processes need redesigning.  The company has been affected by the consequences of the pandemic.  The owner manager needs support to grow the business and transition from CEO to Chair.

Programme:

  • Initial research and feasibility study
  • Individual coaching for key staff
  • Team coaching for the Operations Team
  • Monthly support to the client in response to operational needs
