Wellbeing

For us, creating a psychologically safe environment is vital. A wellbeing event with The People Project often revolves around a structured conversation to help participants share and reflect on experiences around change, stress and challenge in the organisation.

Participants are encouraged to explore their personal experience of the topic, and sessions may include concepts of self-care and building resilience.

Wellbeing Case Study

Client: UK-based manufacturing company

Problem: The pandemic left half of the workforce furloughed or working from home, and over the period of a year, working relationships became fractured and disjointed and employees felt a breakdown in the sense of community.

Programme: 12 x  90-minute one-off workshops for up to 12 participants, delivered over one month.

Outcomes:

  • Silos broken down
  • Different perspectives shared and understood
  • Successful reintegration of off-site employees into the business
  • Strengthened sense of community in the organisation
